Christina Applegate, the "Samantha Who?" star who shared her battle with breast cancer with the public, nabbed the cover of People's 100 Most Beautiful issue (right).
"I used to be really shy, but I started to come into my own in my late 20s and early 30s," Applegate, 37, tells the magazine in her first interview since her reconstructive breast surgery in November. "Now I'm not afraid to speak up in a room full of people and be a part of the conversation."

Abdul meets 'Bruno' Paula Adbul told the Phoenix radio show "Johnjay and Rich" on Thursday that she fell victim to Sacha Baron Cohen's wicked sense of humor when he was filming "Bruno."
"It is the most interesting, wacked-out situation that happened to me," Abdul says. "I was scarred for life for a year." Nice quote, Paula. Cohen's mockumentary about a gay Austrian fashion mogul hits theaters in July.
